Who operates this website
This website is operated by Calvin Ataide trading as CJAX Labs, based in Goa, India. Questions about this policy or personal data can be sent to calvin@cjaxlabs.com.
Information collected
When you submit a project enquiry, CJAX Labs collects the information you provide: your name, email address, business name, optional website or social profile, optional phone or WhatsApp number, contact preference, project needs, approximate budget, timeline, and privacy acknowledgement.
The hosting platform may also process basic technical request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs. CJAX Labs does not currently use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or automated profiling on this website.
How the information is used
Enquiry information is used to review your request, contact you about it, assess whether CJAX Labs can help, prevent abuse, maintain operational records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list.
Service providers and international processing
The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiry notifications are sent through Resend and delivered to a Google Workspace inbox. These providers process information on CJAX Labs’ behalf and may process it outside India under their own security, privacy, and data-transfer arrangements.
Retention and security
Enquiries that do not become active business relationships are normally retained for up to 12 months, then deleted unless a longer period is reasonably needed for security, legal, or dispute purposes. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant records may be retained for the duration of that relationship and any required legal or financial retention period.
CJAX Labs uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and limits access to enquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what personal information CJAX Labs holds about you or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Email calvin@cjaxlabs.com with enough information to identify the enquiry.
Children
This website and its enquiry form are intended for adults and businesses. CJAX Labs does not knowingly seek personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, inquiry system, analytics, service providers, legal identity, or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
